Mattapoisett Players Shine

Mitchell Midwood, left, and Cameron Coelho, both of Mattapoisett, are members this summer of the Swansea Tigers travel team of the Swansea Independent Baseball League. The Tigers recently captured the Massachusetts State Tournament championship of the Willie Mays Division (9- and 10-year-old players) of the American Amateur Baseball Congress and later placed third in the North Atlantic Regional Tournament held in Waldwick, N.J.
