Maori Dancers

Members of the Kahurangi Maori Dance Company of New Zealand demonstrate one of several dances for students at Old Hammondtown School in Mattapoisett. The troupe stopped by the school and the New Bedford Whaling Museum last week as part of a program co-sponsored by the New Bedford ECHO Project (Education through Cultural and Historical Organizations) and the Mattapoisett Parents-Teachers Organization (PTO).
