The Marion Natural History Museum hosted a program last Friday on the Ocean Twilight Zone with Dr. Benjamin Grassian of Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI). Dr. Grassian is researching Diel Vertical Migration, or the daily vertical migration of animals in the mesopelagic zone of the ocean in response to light and predation.
