A full moon overlooks Mattapoisett Harbor during a band concert held August 10th. The harbor area has long been home to live music, and the Mattapoisett Town Band is comprised of more than 30 musicians from diverse backgrounds covering a wide spectrum of ages from students to senior citizens. According to Mattapoisett Museum Director Jeff Miller, the band goes back to the early 20th century in some form. August 18, 2022 edition
