Members of the Mattapoisett Congregational Church and students from UMass Dartmouth set up a library at the Carlos Pacheco Elementary School in New Bedford during spring break week. Books were donated to the school by members of the community in response to a social media campaign by Pacheco School's principal Celeste Hoeg.
