The winner of this year’s Groundhog Cover Contest is Logan Bradshaw of Rochester, who captured a scene evoking memories of the one made famous by actor Bill Murray, the cynical meteorologist who couldn’t find a way out of Punxsatawney, Pennsylvania, in the 1993 movie Groundhog Day.
