The Rochester Historical Society Yard sale is here at last. The museum at 355 County Road is bursting at the seams with quality donations (thank you) everyone. W2 have toys galore (some never opened), baby and toddler furniture, antiques, including a beer keg from a New Bedford brewery (sorry, it’s empty), many, many jigsaw puzzles to stock up on for the winter ahead, and we have furniture and wall decor. In addition, there are some never opened Christmas items, as well as items for both Fall and Halloween. Kitchenware, including pots and pans and Corning Ware, wine glasses and wine paraphernalia, kayak paddles, bikes and books, books, books from current best sellers to antiques.
Our hours are 9:00-3:00 on Saturday, September 10 and 9:00-2:00 on Sunday, September 11. Short of a tropical storm, hurricane, earthquake or typhoon, we will have the sale on these two days. If any of the above events happen, we would try the 27th.
Add September 21, 7:00 pm to your calendar for a program at the museum about Bathsheba Ruggles Spooner. Questions, call Connie 508 763 4932
