The Marion Annual Town Meeting will be held on Monday, May 10, at Sippican School beginning at 6:45 pm. Due to the continued COVID-19 social distancing requirements and recommendations, we will be asking that anyone wishing to attend the meeting contact the Town Clerk’s Office to make a reservation. The current plan is to have the main auditorium for the Board of Selectmen, town administrator, finance director, town clerk, and anyone who is vaccinated, as the chairs will be placed 3 feet apart. For people who are NOT vaccinated, or don’t feel comfortable being that close together, the Library, Band Room, and Cafeteria will be available with chairs placed 6 feet apart for social distancing.
