Galentine’s Day Getting to Know You

Friday, February 14, join members and guests of the Sippican Woman’s Club to “skip the small talk” and dive into authentic conversations learning about each other.
Pairing up for five-minute intervals, prompt cards will guide us through this fun afternoon of learning more about the talents, interests and commonalities we have. Share what is on your bucket list, learn from one another what brings us joy, find out what bit of wisdom has guided others, along with favorite colors, songs and places to be.
Enjoy this opportunity to get to know both new and old friends a little bit better. Surprise yourself with fun facts you never knew or would have guessed about the woman next to you.
Our Galentine’s Day finger-food luncheon starts at 12:30 pm followed by a business meeting and “Speed Friending” from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
Our meetings are open to guests. Membership is open to any woman whose primary interests are in the Town of Marion. We traditionally meet on the second Friday of the month during the months of September through April at 12:30 pm for social time, accompanied by finger foods, followed by a business meeting at 1:00 pm. The speaker/program generally starts at 1:30/1:45pm. Parking is available in parking lot in front of the bandstand off Island Wharf Road across from the Music Hall.
