Drum Circle Class

Drum Circle class is held once a month at the Mattapoisett COA. Did you know that drumming increases dopamine and serotonin levels, which help to help elevate our mood? In addition, it can help reduce stress, among other benefits. Check it out once, and you won’t want to miss a beat. The instructor is Sam Holmstock, who earned a B.A. Music Degree from Berklee College of Music. He has performed worldwide with the band Entrain.
