Congratulations to Tim Hathaway of Rochester, winner of the Rochester Country Fair’s 2nd Lottery Ticket Raffle Fundraiser! The winning raffle ticket was drawn on March 3 at the Fair’s St. Patrick’s Day Dinner Dance.
