Lost Ladybug Project223 viewsGuided by Loree Griffin Burns, children headed out on May 30 from Plumb Library to search for ladybugs to photograph and document for the Lost Ladybug Project. In all, the kids found five ladybugs. The event was funded by a MOBY grant and organized by the RMS PTOs, the RLT, Kathy Gauvin at ORR, and the three town Cultural Councils. Plumb Corner Halloween Party223 viewsEvery year, the ghosts, ghouls, princesses, and superheroes come out to the Annual Plumb Corner Halloween Party, sponsored in part by the Friends of the Plumb Library. New Year’s Eve Party223 viewsA New Year’s Eve party at the Rochester Senior Center gave area seniors the chance to ring in the New Year early in the company of friends. Guests enjoyed dinner and dessert followed by the sharing of New Year’s resolutions and non-alcoholic bubbly.
