Fiber Fusion is the name of the show as well as the name of the five artists whose imaginations are on full display. Christine Anderson, Carol Flax, Lorraine Gentil Hayes, Lisa Horton, and Toni Newhall are Fiber Fusion. Their works bridge the worlds of nature and art in new ways.

Crocodile River Music56 viewsOn Saturday, May 17, as part of Art Week, the Marion Arts Center presented Crocodile River Music performing West African music and dance in Marion's Music Hall to an audience of about 70 people. A few children danced happily along with members of Crocodile River Music during several pieces. For the final piece of the event, almost everyone was up and dancing. The energy was terrific.
