This makes 9 gold medals in a row for her with this being the biggest win yet. Now she's off to Disney World in Florida where the Junior Olympics will be held on July 25.

ORR Athletic Phonathon931 viewsThe ORR Athletic Booster Club (ORRABC) will hold their annual Phonathon Fundraiser from March 4 - March 20, 2008. Funds raised by the Booster Club have been used to enhance the school’s athletic facilities and to purchase equipment used by all of the teams. Last year the ORR Girls’ Track Team (pictured here) purchased a golf cart using their team funds raised through Booster Club calendar sales which is used by the school’s athletic trainer to respond to athletes in need of care.

Rose Pitches In727 viewsOpening Day Ceremonies for the 2007 season of Mattapoisett Youth Baseball (MYB) included special guests and local legends such as former American Idol contestant Ayla Brown, who sang the National Anthem and threw out the ceremonial first pitch, and former Boston Red Sox pitcher Brian Rose (pictured).
