The Northeast Region Sea Scout Committee is pleased to announce the selection of Emily Newell as the 2019-2020 Region Boatswain. Emily is a member of Ship 40 Nobska from the Cape Cod & Islands Council. Currently she is the Northeast Region Area 1 Boatswain and she served in a variety of Ship and Council leadership positions. Emily is an Able Sea Scout and is working towards completing requirements for Quartermaster. She’s been awarded the Sea Scout Leadership Award and she earned the God and Life Religious
