The village area in Mattapoisett has been front and center of late with the town’s Tree Committee leading the charge for more detailed information on the village street reconstruction project. To provide better visuals that illustrate where trees will have to be removed or where new trees will be planted, the town has placed flags and tags throughout the impacted area.
