Past Lions Club International Director John Hoyle recently presented Dr. Jeffrey G. Swift with the 2008 Melvin Jones Fellowship Award for his dedication to helping others. Dr. Swift is a member of the Mattapoisett Lions Club and local business owner of Mattapoisett Chiropractic and Sports Medicine. The Melvin Jones Fellowship is recognition of a person’s commitment to humanitarian work. Dr. Swift has been a member of the Mattapoisett Lions Club since 1991.
